We need to use technology (Robots) to enhance our cognitive capacity and to build an efficient framework for lifelong learning to turn the narrative from one of movement into one of enhanced human potential.

For instance, amazon recognized the value of investing in skills earlier this year. Therefore, it has pledged $700 million to more qualified workers.
Moreover, studies show that 70% of training is lost within 24 hours and almost 90% is lost within 30-days. Well, that’s a pretty massive depletion.
In addition to improved retention of workers, businesses may reduce recruiting costs and enhance the company’s workflow by educating staff. Effective enhancement programs enable companies to actively hire new, elevated positions and to acquire expertise uniquely for the needs of the company. By employing its own workers in new jobs, businesses reduce their direct procurement and compensation costs. Which shows their interest in long-term growth in employment.
